Absences
If you are going to miss class for any reason, we ask that you let your teacher know ahead of time by placing a call to the studio at 847-299-2233 or sending us an e-mail at amadancers@yahoo.com. If you will be missing several consecutive classes, please contact your teacher.
Make-Up Classes
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed classes. We invite and encourage you to make up missed classes in a comparable level class within a 4-week period. This is also a great opportunity to try a different type of dance or tumbling class. Please contact your teacher to find an appropriate make-up class.
Inclement Weather / Emergencies
On the rare occasion of the studio closing caused by inclement weather or an emergency, you will be notified by telephone and e-mail. Please list at least one phone number on your registration form that has voice mail or an answering machine so you may be notified efficiently.
