ABSENCES
If you are going to miss class for any reason, we ask that you let
your teacher know ahead of time by placing a call to the studio
or sending us an e-mail at amadancers@yahoo.com. If you will be
missing several consecutive classes, please contact your
teacher.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed classes. We
invite and encourage you to make up missed classes in a comparable level class
within a 4-week period. This is also a great opportunity to try a different type
of dance. Please contact your teacher to find an appropriate make-up class.
INCLEMENT WEATHER / EMERGENCIES
On the rare occasion of the studio closing caused by inclement
weather or an emergency, you will be notified by telephone. Please list at least
one phone number on your registration form that has voice mail or an answering
machine so you may be notified efficiently.
